  • What Happens When All You Read Are Headlines

The reports of a FlexiSPY ‘hack’ have been greatly exaggerated, but first, some context.

The report was broken by a blogger who — as evidenced by intercepted communication from a recovered twitter account — had a 6-week exclusive agreement with an obsessed criminal ‘hacker’ to document the scheduled « burning to the ground » of FlexiSPY. An unidentified and clearly disgruntled ex-employee is also featured in the very first report.

These intercepted communications also show that the criminal — who has gone by the Twitter handle @dontfeelsecure — also offered to provide, in his own words, « raw data », belonging to children and employers to a German reporter.

Yet, the story is unusual and almost extraordinary on many levels.

From the premeditated collusion of criminal and blogger to the ad hominem and virtue-signaling justifications used by both the criminal and employee — something did not seem to add up.

Which is why we have waited until we believed all the data that was promised to be leaked to the blogger was available.

Assuming that we have reached that point, we can state that through examining the data that was leaked by the criminal — we find no evidence of a Customer Monitoring Data (CMD) breach. The leaks that do exist are very old internal company documents archives, including anonymous newsletter subscriber email lists. More on these lists later on.

For clarification, CMD data is collected from customer devices and is totally different to internal documents — which are kept on a completely separate physical and security domain, and are accessed by employees with authorization levels

A series of stories written by the blogger then followed — including statements from FlexiSPY customers who appear to have been identified — not by the loss of CMD, but instead by the use of phishing emails sent to mailing list subscribers from entities connected to the collusion.

In other words, this is a leak of internal documents, not a wholesale hack into the customer monitoring data.

Like most prudent companies who need to track internal documents, we have extensive Employee Monitoring Software installed on the employee network — and from this system  we have ascertained that an ex-employee used an unauthorized MacBook to install tools and copy files. The employee has been identified and details have been passed to the police.

To our customers — your monitoring data was never at risk — and it was only company archives that were stolen as a result of insider theft by a disgruntled employee. In addition, using the evidence available and applying the Occam’s Razor principle — we believe that the ex-employee and the hacker are one and the same.

However, we are far from complacent, and we want to assure our customers that this incident has energized us to look at our internal security. We have improved our systems — adding multiple subnet isolation, implementing across the board two-factor authentication and deploying employee monitoring integrated biometric authentication for all applications and websites — as well as an ongoing bug bounty program open to white hat hackers.

As hundreds of companies from Apple to Citibank and Netflix who have actually been hacked will testify — the Internet is a jungle and breaches are a not a matter of if, but when. Experts and victims alike will tell you that while the majority of cyber-attacks are from outside — it’s the insider threat that causes the most damage.

This should be a wake-up call for all businesses who hold customer data but feel that insider theft is not a likely scenario for them.

To discourage future criminals — we are announcing a $50,000 USD reward for information that results in the conviction of the criminal. If you have any verifiable evidence as to the identity of the hacker, and proof of his actions, please get in touch and help us bring him to justice.

While the criminal may be entitled to his own opinions, he is not entitled to his own facts — and it is a fact that FlexiSPY products are legal. He is certainly not entitled to break the law, potentially placing the lives of Parents, Children, Employers and Employees in danger, simply to settle an imaginary score.

Which brings us to this blogger and his narrative of a shadowy company enabling domestic violence being brought to justice by a noble cyber vigilante. This narrative — formed by blending historical FlexiSPY marketing, clickbait headlines, mock outrage, anonymous sources, slurs, and insinuations — designed to transform a niche interest story of insider theft, into a piece of pulp fiction.

To be fair, the perennial question of our historical advertising is the only thing the media enquiries we receive seem to care about — and we give the same reply.

We are against domestic violence, stalking or any other nefarious use and the majority of our users subscribe for legitimate reasons. Like any tool, FlexiSPY can be misused, and in those cases, like Google and Apple, we have worked with law enforcement to assist them with their inquiries, as long as they have the appropriate legal justification.

We have never denied our historical website advertising — which addressed issues of genuine concern to large conservative and Christian groups that prohibit infidelity — but the fact is that this advertising was dropped a long time ago and no longer exists.

However, the current reality of our products and marketing do not suit the blogger’s needs. They continue to frame stories with this fake narrative and are now relegated to relying on old screen grabs, google caches and vestigial pages to justify their positions.

What these people do is their business, but it is our silence that has allowed their falsehoods to go unchecked.

We therefore challenge anyone throwing around accusations, or indulging in name calling — if you truly believe we’re doing something illegal, then provide us with a factual legal argument from a competent authority, or STFU.

  • Announcing FlexiFLESH – The World’s First Hacking App For Sex Toys

After drawing inspiration from last year’s DEFCON where two ethical hackers found a gap in the network security of the We-Vibe 4 vibrator, we’re delighted to announce the launch of FlexiFLESH – our first-ever sex toy compatible hacking app. This new product is the first of its kind and aims to provide users a truly intimate experience.

    What Is FlexiFLESH?

FlexiFLESH is a mobile app that can be used with a number of sex toys to help Couples (or strangers) get in touch with anyone’s most personal needs and actually control someone else’s adult pleasure device without them knowing. Talk about a driving blind!

    What Can It Do?

FlexiFLESH was built with over 100 painstakingly designed features, but we have our favorites.

An innovative Climax Report provides insight into such data as preferred user settings, session times and device location. The most exciting and useful information, however, comes from the product’s proprietary Climax Tracker – advanced sensory technology that monitors changes in body temperature, heartbeat, blood flow and muscle activity and actually collates the data into graphical reports.

This is powerful because can use this information to better understand your partner by knowing exactly what to do, when to do it and for how long – an essential piece to any lasting relationship. It also comes with a Bluetooth-enabled Remote Pleasure Control feature for long distance or those who travel to enhance intimacy, ensuring time spent together (even if virtual) is deeply connected.

If you’re looking for a personal connection, without the awkwardness of blind dates or Tinder hook ups, FlexiFLESH allows for a virtual escapade with anyone who has access to the device’s network – 50 Shades Darker anyone?

We live in a truly tech-obsessed society where people are often more invested in their relationships with devices than other humans. Flexiflesh has found a way to bridge this gap and, when used responsibly, can help users stay close even when they are apart.

    How Do I Get It?

For more information on FlexiFLESH and to buy yours today, click here.

Note: It is important to note that while FlexiFlesh is designed for use between consenting adults, appropriate and legal use of this product is the responsibility of the user. Read your local laws regarding the use of this technology and to always ask permission before installing it on someone’s device.

  • The FlexiSPY Chargeback Policy

    How does FlexiSPY handle chargebacks?

There is never a need to request a chargeback when dealing with FlexiSPY because we have one of the most generous refund policies available.  We always bend over backwards to make sure that Customers receive the best possible service from FlexiSPY and leave feeling happy and respected.  Requesting a chargeback without contacting us first is unreasonable.

For the reason above, FlexiSPY treats most chargeback notices as fraud and the account is immediately terminated.  To protect the public from harm, all account information is collected, including the monitored phone’s data, and provided to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement, for investigation of both the card fraud and the potential misuse of the product. Please bear this in mind if you are thinking of using our services and then filing a fraudulent chargeback.

    What is a chargeback?

When a consumer requests that their bank forcibly reverse a credit card transaction, returning funds to the cardholder, this is known as a chargeback. Consumers may request a chargeback for nearly any reason; as a result, it is possible to commit “friendly fraud.”  Not only does the Merchant lose the payment they are also slapped with a $25 penalty which directly profits the issuing bank.  It’s a great system for fraudsters and banks at the expense of the Merchant.

How do I cancel a chargeback?

To undo a chargeback, you must contact your credit card provider and issue a chargeback reversal.

This returns the initial funds to us, cancels the penalty fee we receive for “allowing” fraud to be committed, and generally erases any “black marks” against us for the transaction.

With the release of Android 6.0.1, many FlexiSPY customers have been wondering about compatibility with the devices they wanted to monitor.

So today we couldn’t be happier to announce that FlexiSPY for Android has been fully tested and confirmed as being compatible with 6.0.1.

This is great news for you, because 6.0.1 is the very latest version of Android, and next version, 7.0, is not due to come out for most phones until August 22, 2016. In simple terms, this means that no matter what Android version your target phone is running on, you will be able to use FlexiSPY on it.

We have updated our binary, so all you have to do now is follow the normal FlexiSPY Android installation instructions (which are located in your dashboard) and then install FlexiSPY on it.

  • Introducing QQ Tracking On Android

    Introducing QQ Tracking On Android

FlexiSPY’s newest Android feature, QQ Tracking, is here. It captures all of the QQ messages being sent to and from the phone, and it shows you these messages inside an easy to use dashboard alongside 17 other tracked IMs, so that you can know exactly what’s being said, and who’s saying it. And, it’s available right now to all FlexiSPY customers! Let’s take a closer look.

    How QQ Tracking Works

When FlexiSPY is placed on an Android device, such as a Samsung Galaxy tablet, or Nexus phone, it discretely watches for incoming and outgoing QQ Messages. When it sees one of these messages, it uploads the message details to your online dashboard. From your online dashboard, you’ll be able to read the entire message history.

    Compatibility

At this time, FlexiSPY can track QQ Messages on Rooted Android devices only and the Android device must be running OS 6.0.1 or below. Also, the phone that you want to monitor must be running the latest version of FlexiSPY for Android.

    How To Get It

We’ve decided to bundle QQ Tracking with our existing products: FlexiSPY PREMIUM, and FlexiSPY EXTREME, at no additional cost to you. To enjoy the benefits of this update, just install the latest version of FlexiSPY onto the Android device that you want to keep an eye on. Alternatively, inside your dashboard, click on the flashing update icon and FlexiSPY will automatically update itself to the newest version.
