    While i waited for the Android 7.0 Nougat to roll out I downloaded The One Spy on the target device.Not feature rich as flexispy but gets the job done none the same. It is also not as user friendly and the interface can be confusing. However, the is one feature on The One Spy that I found extremely useful, without the need for rooting the device and that is LIVE VIDEO CAM in real time. I’ve tried it and it works flawlessly.

    I’m now wondering if flexispy will work with The One Spy just so I can keep that feature. Also, I know if the one spy program can have live video cam then I know flexispy can do it. Can you guys do it and can I try to see if flexispy and the one spy will work together on the same phone?

      Hi Kirk,

      Apologies for the delayed response as we wanted to check into the details of your post regarding TheOneSpy before replying.

      You noted in a previous post that TheOneSpy has live video streaming for 7 minutes, however the website says it can only record videos of up to one minute in length. We did find that the online portal can record video for up to 7 minutes, but it’s not real-time footage nor live video streaming.

      Live Video is a feature which we have already developed, but found it too problematic to release with its delivery of large files and drain on the target’s battery. We looked at adding video recordings to FlexiSPY, but we were not clear why you would want to use a remote video recording function, when you can’t guarantee the position of the camera.

      In addition, due to the file sizes involved, it’s not a feature that would work in real time. We have been discussing this with a beta tester, so let me quote Architect from our Community Forums:

      Hi,
      “We have started the specification work for remote Video recording for Android. It will work like the Android Ambient Recording where you set a schedule. We are just debating the limit on video size, as these files can be huge, and may not be easy to deliver reliable. Also, due to the size of these files, if they are not quickly uploaded, they could cause memory problems if there was no limit set. We also are considering making video only uploadable when a wireless connection is available, but then, that could make the device appear slow to the user. Are you sure this is a useful feature, and would you be prepared to pay for extra storage that would be required in your account”

      If you have any comments, we would be interested to hear them.

      If you do feel this feature would really be beneficial, please let us know more as to why and we will be happy to look at modifying it to best support your needs.

      Further to your comments, we tested TheOneSpy on 31st May 2017 (using a Nexus 5 running Android OS 7.1.1) as shown below. We contacted their support team about the features that did not work, but have yet to hear back:

      We went further and tested additional features on an HTC Desire 816 running OS 6.0:

      While we understand that not all features work every time, we are confident that our software provides a better overall offering than our competitors.

      You can try to run both TheOneSpy and FlexiSPY simultaneously, but it’s unlikely they will work properly together.

      On another note, this software seems reminiscent to Stealthgenie – is anyone able to confirm?

    I can do most of the basic monitoring with Google Activity and get the SMS Msgs with an app already installed. Phone logs I check with AT&T Usage on my bill and location history is on the google maps account.
    Key Logger was what I was looking for mainly. Most of the features I need are for
    rooted phones and that voids the warranty and it is a new phone so I am not willing
    to void my warranty.

    I am willing to pay for features I need but not those I can already get for free via the google account and my monthly bill.

    I wanted keylogger, maybe: call record, and remote camera and listen to surrounding on a not rooted phone.

    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    I tried installing flexispy on a samsung galaxy s7 sm-g930f with android 6.0.1 (marshmallow) and it works. But when i upgrade the s7 to android 7.0 nougat and try to install flexispy it crashes when it asks to grant access to superu… posted this in the support forums as well. But it seems it does not work with nougat android?

    hello and greetings to all of you.

    i have been submitting tickets,
    and the team is saying that they will re-install the software, but when i
    go to the website http://www.flexispy.com, then no one is helping out, the website chat people tell
    me to again submitt a ticket, i want o inform you that since last 3-4
    days i have been submitting tickets , but no one is helping me to
    re-install the software, PLEASE tell me what should i do so that you can
    re-install the software. my recent ticket iDs are Ticket ID:
    TAD-775-71712 , HCW-233-64865, HOW DO WE RE-INSTALL the software,

    I have the extreme and have been down for over a month my portal say the push notification is not currently connected I have been putting in tickets for 3 wks havent heard from any one I also paid 89$ for a warranty my last ticket number is hig-422-24021

      I followed up with our Support Team regarding your post and they noted that your most recent ticket is LYR-675-44651, which was replied to around 24 hours ago.

      As noted in the previous ticket response, your account shows that the software has been disconnected from the server for about a month. With cases such as these, it is likely that the owner of the target phone either reset the phone to its factory settings or updated the version of the phone’s operating system.

      Therefore, you will need to physically access the target phone and reinstall the software to in order to reconnect the phone to the server and make sure the software functions properly.
