      If you have an update notification inside your online account please apply it to ensure you are up to date.

      In terms of no release notes being listed for that version it takes time for them to be posted but they should be listed inside your portal shortly.

      We can’t recommend a way to get the passcode of the iPhone.

      If you purchased the iPhone however, you may have the right to request the passcode from the person who is currently using the phone.
