Al igual que en cualquier tipo de trabajo, necesitas las herramientas adecuadas para trabajar y el mundo de la investigaci\u00f3n privada no es la excepci\u00f3n a la regla.<\/p>\n

Como investigador privado, he aparecido en numerosos medios de noticias como CNN, ABC News, CBS News, New York Times, ID Channel (Brutal Bayou), Vice Magazine, The Independent Weekly Magazine, PI Magazine, KATC News, KLFY News, KPLC News, WWLTV News, y ser\u00e9 protagonista de mi propia serie de televisi\u00f3n llamada “HOMICIDAL” donde mostrar\u00e9 historias reales de homicidios sin resolver y las investigaciones de estos casos.<\/p>\n

Mi Experiencia con FlexiSPY<\/h2>\n

Soy usuario de FlexiSPY Extreme, he utilizado FlexiSPY durante a\u00f1os y lo seguir\u00e9 usando como herramienta principal para la protecci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os (de secuestros, acosos o intentos de ataques), protecci\u00f3n a testigos, resguardar al empleador de posibles abusos en el uso de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles de la empresa por los empleados, identificar y atrapar a parejas infieles, recopilar informaci\u00f3n sobre cr\u00edmenes y delitos, localizar criminales y a quienes tratan de escapar de la justicia y una multitud de otros usos.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n instruyo a los estudiantes en mis cursos de investigaci\u00f3n privada sobre los aspectos jur\u00eddicos de FlexiSPY y c\u00f3mo utilizar FlexiSPY para lograr los m\u00e1ximos resultados para sus clientes.<\/p>\n

Grabaci\u00f3n de Ambiente<\/h2>\n

Uno de los usos m\u00e1s importantes para nosotros es la grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente. Si el tel\u00e9fono est\u00e1 rooteado <\/em>entonces puedes grabar el sonido ambiente usando el tel\u00e9fono objetivo (el tel\u00e9fono donde est\u00e1 instalado el software) activando el altavoz. Puedes configurar el tiempo de grabaci\u00f3n que deseas en hasta 60 minutos para tel\u00e9fonos rooteados<\/em>. Normalmente utilizamos intervalos de 5 o 15 minutos, ya que si el tel\u00e9fono objetivo recibe una llamada y esta es contestada, se detendr\u00e1 la grabaci\u00f3n ambiental. Sin embargo, tendr\u00e1s acceso a dicha llamada telef\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n

La funci\u00f3n de grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente es especialmente \u00fatil debido a que el altavoz es m\u00e1s sensitivo que realizar una escucha a una llamada telef\u00f3nica. Adem\u00e1s esta funci\u00f3n es indetectable, nadie sabr\u00e1 que el tel\u00e9fono objetivo est\u00e1 grabando el sonido ambiente a menos que se les notifique.<\/p>\n

En nuestro caso, nuestros testigos y fuentes saben que estamos grabando su entorno para protegerlos a ellos, a sus familias y para recoger pruebas. La funci\u00f3n de grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente tambi\u00e9n es \u00fatil para ni\u00f1os o adolescentes que puedan estar expuestos a entornos peligrosos,\u00a0 para as\u00ed saber en qu\u00e9 tipo de actividades est\u00e1n involucrados e intervenir antes de que sea demasiado tarde.<\/p>\n

Hemos trabajado en casos donde los padres han puesto el software en los tel\u00e9fonos de sus hijos para protegerlos. En un caso, localizamos a un ni\u00f1o que hab\u00eda sido secuestrado usando la funci\u00f3n de grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente y la funci\u00f3n GPS de FlexiSPY, pudiendo llevar a los secuestradores ante la justicia gracias a la grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente donde se mencionaban sus nombres.<\/p>\n

Escuchas de Llamadas en Vivo<\/h2>\n

Otra caracter\u00edstica \u00fatil es la funci\u00f3n de escucha de llamadas en vivo, donde debes\u00a0 especificar un tel\u00e9fono monitor en tu panel de control. Este es el tel\u00e9fono que recibe el registro de todas las llamadas entrantes y salientes, para as\u00ed poder llamar al tel\u00e9fono objetivo y escuchar sus llamadas.<\/p>\n

Una vez que se efect\u00faa o recibe una llamada telef\u00f3nica en el tel\u00e9fono objetivo, el tel\u00e9fono monitor recibe una notificaci\u00f3n para as\u00ed poder llamar al tel\u00e9fono objetivo para escuchar la llamada en directo. Sin embargo, recuerda silenciar el tel\u00e9fono monitor porque las personas en el tel\u00e9fono objetivo pueden ser capaces de escucharte.<\/p>\n

Si no deseas escuchar en vivo, no hay por qu\u00e9 preocuparse ya que la llamada ser\u00e1 grabada y subida al panel de control de tu cuenta FlexiSPY, desde donde se podr\u00e1 descargar las grabaciones para ser escuchadas en tu computadora o smartphone<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Controles de Intercepci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

La siguiente funci\u00f3n son los controles de intercepci\u00f3n donde el tel\u00e9fono monitor puede interceptar al tel\u00e9fono objetivo y escuchar el sonido ambiente en directo, sin necesidad de esperar a subir una grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente a tu panel de control. Utilizamos esta funci\u00f3n frecuentemente cuando un testigo se encuentra alrededor de un sospechoso de manera de poder intervenir inmediatamente. En una ocasi\u00f3n est\u00e1bamos llamando a una testigo y ella no respond\u00eda. Nos pusimos nerviosos por lo que utilizamos el tel\u00e9fono monitor para llamar al tel\u00e9fono objetivo, gritando para ser escuchados hasta que la testigo nos escuch\u00f3 y nos inform\u00f3 que estaba durmiendo y ten\u00eda el tel\u00e9fono objetivo en silencio por lo que no hab\u00eda podido escuchar nuestras llamadas.<\/p>\n

Nuestra experiencia con otro software<\/h2>\n

Antes de descubrir FlexiSPY, hab\u00edamos utilizado una variedad de softwares esp\u00edas como E-Stealth, Mobile Spy, M-Spy, y varias aplicaciones disponibles en la App Store y en la Play Store de Android. Cuidado con estos programas, ya que si bien parecen m\u00e1s baratos en comparaci\u00f3n con FlexiSPY, en realidad no lo son.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Por ejemplo, al pagar un total de $199.00 al a\u00f1o por Mspy comparado con un $349.00 de FlexiSPY al a\u00f1o, pierdes funciones como grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente, escucha de llamadas en vivo, controles de intercepci\u00f3n, y muchas otras caracter\u00edsticas. Utilizamos FlexiSPY en tel\u00e9fonos Android, as\u00ed como en iPhone sin ning\u00fan tipo de complicaciones. La funci\u00f3n SMS es muy \u00fatil ya que puedes leer los n\u00fameros de todos los mensajes de texto entrantes y salientes, la fecha y hora de estos mensajes e incluso se pueden descargar los mensajes de texto para que tener un registro de estos. Tambi\u00e9n puedes ver todas las fotograf\u00edas tomadas en el tel\u00e9fono objetivo de forma inmediata. Esto es especialmente \u00fatil en las investigaciones donde alguno de nuestros investigadores, testigos o fuentes deban tomar alguna foto y en lugar de enviarla por mensajes de texto o por correo electr\u00f3nico a nosotros, podemos verla directamente desde el panel de control de FlexiSPY.<\/p>\n

Rem Cam<\/h2>\n

Otra caracter\u00edstica \u00fatil que a menudo usamos es la funci\u00f3n Rem Cam donde al hacer clic en el bot\u00f3n Rem Cam, el tel\u00e9fono objetivo podr\u00e1 tomar una foto tanto de la c\u00e1mara frontal como de la c\u00e1mara trasera. Historial Web<\/h2>\n

Esta es otra \u00fatil funci\u00f3n que utilizamos en casos de presuntas infidelidades (aunque las funciones de SMS, grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente, registros de llamadas y escucha de grabaciones, tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudar en estos casos) donde se puede ver la fecha y hora de todos los sitios web visitados. Facebook ha sido muy \u00fatil para fomentar la infidelidad en las parejas, pero con la funci\u00f3n de Facebook puedes ver y revisar todos los mensajes enviados y recibidos. Nuestros clientes han descubierto si les han sido infieles utilizando esta funci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Todas las funciones de FlexiSPY son pr\u00e1cticas al momento de realizar investigaciones pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser utilizadas por el p\u00fablico en general. Por ejemplo, muchos clientes preguntan c\u00f3mo pueden proteger a sus hijos, saber d\u00f3nde andan y el entorno al que est\u00e1n expuestos. Siempre recomendamos FlexiSPY para supervisar las actividades de tus hijos. Asistimos a nuestros clientes en la compra de FlexiSPY, haciendo el rooteo<\/em> del tel\u00e9fono de sus hijos e instalando FlexiSPY. La suscripci\u00f3n anual de $349 vale la pena para proteger a sus hijos e intervenir oportunamente si est\u00e1n siendo expuestos a drogas, asuntos criminales o lugares peligrosos. O tal vez peor, si son secuestrados y es necesario un seguimiento de su paradero.<\/p>\n

No se puede poner un precio a la seguridad de tus hijos, tu tranquilidad mental ante una infidelidad, la seguridad de un testigo o la reputaci\u00f3n de tu empresa.<\/p>\n

Si se comparan las caracter\u00edsticas de FlexiSPY con otros softwares esp\u00eda ninguno se compara con este en t\u00e9rminos de funciones y facilidad de uso e instalaci\u00f3n. Nuestros clientes han renovado sus suscripciones a FlexiSPY a lo largo de los a\u00f1os para vigilar a sus hijos y algunas veces se nos ha dado acceso a sus cuentas para poder monitorear a sus hijos y responder en situaciones de emergencia. Tambi\u00e9n hemos tenido acceso en casos de infidelidades para poder dar a conocer si estamos en presencia de adulterio y tomar cartas en el asunto.<\/p>\n

Estas son s\u00f3lo algunas de las situaciones que enfrentamos a diario donde tenemos que utilizar FlexiSPY. Junto con esto tambi\u00e9n apreciamos la atenci\u00f3n al cliente que recibimos de FlexiSPY. Por ejemplo, al ir panel de control y hacer clic en ayuda, podr\u00e1s enviar un ticket de soporte, luego de esto recibir\u00e1s las instrucciones de c\u00f3mo reparar el problema en tu email o en caso que el problema sea de parte de FlexiSPY, un t\u00e9cnico lo reparar\u00e1 por ti. FlexiSPY afirma que responden a consultas en 24 horas, pero nos hemos dado cuenta de su respuesta es incluso m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, por lo general dentro de unas pocas horas. Muchas empresas pueden afirmar que entregan la mejor atenci\u00f3n al cliente, cuando en la realidad no es as\u00ed. A modo de ejemplo, cuando utilizamos Mspy, les enviamos un ticket de soporte y nos dijeron que ten\u00edamos que desinstalar y volver a instalar el software. Sin embargo, un miembro de nuestro personal de TI desactiv\u00f3 el software sin necesidad de desinstalarlo y al reactivarlo comenz\u00f3 a funcionar como de costumbre. Esto causa problemas porque s\u00f3lo tenemos una vez para instalar el software y a menudo no tenemos acceso al tel\u00e9fono objetivo. Los t\u00e9cnicos de FlexiSPY son plenamente conscientes de estas complicaciones y nos han guiado a reparar cualquier problema que podamos tener con el software. Nunca hemos tenido que desinstalar y volver a instalar el software y siempre se nos ha dado las instrucciones sobre c\u00f3mo reparar cualquier problema que podamos tener con este. Los t\u00e9cnicos son tanto expertos en el software como en la configuraci\u00f3n del tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n

Creo que la mejor raz\u00f3n por la que elegimos FlexiSPY es su facilidad de uso, facilidad de instalaci\u00f3n, y el sinn\u00famero de funciones que podemos utilizar para nuestras investigaciones en curso. Algunas caracter\u00edsticas pueden parecer complicadas pero no lo son. Hemos encontrado que el panel de control es f\u00e1cil de navegar y que las funciones son f\u00e1ciles de usar. Incluso para rootear<\/em> un iPhone o Android, con unos pocos clics el tel\u00e9fono ya est\u00e1 rooteado<\/em>. No dejes que los pasos que se indican para el rooteo<\/em> y\/o instalaci\u00f3n del software te confundan, realmente es muy f\u00e1cil. Tambi\u00e9n apreciamos el recibir notificaciones para saber si hay una actualizaci\u00f3n, pudiendo ver exactamente la versi\u00f3n de la actualizaci\u00f3n y los cambios al software, todo esto sin necesidad de desinstalar el software. Como se\u00f1al\u00e9 anteriormente, tenemos restricciones de tiempo para instalar el software y generalmente no tenemos acceso al tel\u00e9fono objetivo. Por lo tanto, el software autom\u00e1ticamente te enviar\u00e1 una notificaci\u00f3n de actualizaci\u00f3n y una vez que hagas clic, el software se actualizar\u00e1 sin necesidad de desinstalar y volver a instalarlo.<\/p>\n

Apreciamos especialmente la funci\u00f3n de control por SMS donde se puede utilizar cualquiera de las funciones de FlexiSPY simplemente mediante el env\u00edo de un mensaje de texto (SMS) al tel\u00e9fono objetivo. Para, por ejemplo, activar la grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente, escuchar llamadas en vivo, descargar\u00a0 y actualizar la lista de contactos del tel\u00e9fono objetivo, recuperar cualquier informaci\u00f3n desde el tel\u00e9fono objetivo, todo esto sin ser detectado por el tel\u00e9fono objetivo. De hecho, nosotros enviamos mensajes de texto para configurar la grabaci\u00f3n de ambiente e incluso podemos establecer el l\u00edmite de tiempo, la fecha y hora de la grabaci\u00f3n, y en el caso de los testigos, configuramos tiempos de grabaci\u00f3n cada 15 minutos durante 24 horas. Pudiendo programar estas grabaciones al enviar un mensaje de texto al tel\u00e9fono especificando la fecha y hora para que comience la grabaci\u00f3n. A prop\u00f3sito de indetectable, el software cliente en el\u00a0 tel\u00e9fono objetivo as\u00ed como el propio software de FlexiSPY permanecen completamente ocultos, ya que durante la instalaci\u00f3n se da la opci\u00f3n de ocultar el software, as\u00ed como el software cliente. Algunos de nuestros investigadores no tienen grandes conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos, pero pueden usar el panel de control de FlexiSPY sin problemas.<\/p>\n

Ya que estamos constantemente realizando investigaciones, supervisamos el tel\u00e9fono objetivo desde nuestros smartphones<\/em>, viendo toda la actividad de este tel\u00e9fono. Si descargas el software correcto para escuchar grabaciones de audio (la mayor\u00eda de los tel\u00e9fonos tienen este software ya instalado), no necesitar\u00e1s de una computadora para controlar la actividad del tel\u00e9fono objetivo.<\/p>\n

En nuestra l\u00ednea de trabajo, definitivamente hay necesidad de usar este software y es una herramienta para ayudarnos. Lo que pagamos por el software no es gran cosa cuando nuestros clientes o testigos est\u00e1n en busca de tranquilidad y seguridad. Recomiendo FlexiSPY a cualquiera que desee garantizar la seguridad de sus hijos, atrapar a una pareja infiel, proteger a testigos o proteger su reputaci\u00f3n y evitar el mal uso de los tel\u00e9fonos de su empresa, adem\u00e1s de muchos otros usos.<\/p>\n

This story comes from a Licensed Private Investigator, Kirk Menard<\/a>, who's been using mobile phone monitoring in his investigations for years. His views expressed here are written from his perspective alone.<\/em><\/p>

Why I Chose FlexiSPY<\/h2>

As with any job, you need the correct tools for the job and the world of investigations is no exception to the rule.<\/p>

As a licensed private investigator, I have appeared on numerous news outlets such as CNN, ABC News, CBS News, New York Times, ID Channel (Brutal Bayou), Vice Magazine, The Independent Weekly Magazine, PI Magazine, KATC News, KLFY News, KPLC News, WWLTV News, and I will star in my own reality television series \u201cHOMICIDAL\u201d which are real-life accounts of unsolved homicides and real-life and real-time investigations of the cases assigned.<\/p>

I am also approved to instruct the Louisiana Private Investigator Course by the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners.<\/p>

My Experience With FlexiSPY<\/h3>

I am a user of FlexiSPY Extreme and have been using FlexiSPY for several years -and will continue to use FlexiSPY as a tool to protect children (missing and from predatory attacks and attempted attacks), protect witnesses, protect an employer\u2019s resources from abuse of cellular phones by employees, identify and catch cheating spouses, collect information from sources of information of crimes and wrongdoing, locate criminals and those that attempt to escape from justice when out of bail, and a host of other uses.<\/p>

I also instruct the students in my private investigation courses on the legal aspects of FlexiSPY and how to use FlexiSPY to achieve maximum results for clients.<\/p>

Ambient Recording<\/h3>

One such use that is important to us is the ambient recording and if the phone is rooted then you can record using the target phone (the phone that the software is installed on) by activating the speakerphone and you can set the recording time in any increment you want, up to 60 minutes, for rooted phones (we normally use 5 or 15 minute intervals because if the target phone receives a phone call and the call is answered it will stop the ambient recording. You will, however, have access to the phone call).<\/p>

The ambient recording feature is especially useful because the speakerphone is more sensitive than actually listening in on a phone call and the ambient recording feature is undetectable.. Nobody knows that the target phone is recording the sounds and surroundings unless you notify them.<\/p>

In our case, witnesses and sources know that we record their surroundings to protect them, their families, and to collect evidence. The ambient recording feature is also useful for children and\/or teenagers that may be exposed to a detrimental environment and you can know what kind of activities your children are involved in and intervene before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>

We have protected teenagers using FlexiSPY when parents place the software on their children\u2019s phone. We once located a kidnapped child using the ambient recording feature and the GPS feature on FlexiSPY and had the kidnappers brought to justice because on the ambient recording (which sends the recording to a dashboard that you can download and listen to) names were mentioned.<\/p>

Live call listening<\/h3>

Another useful feature is the live call listening feature where you specify and select a monitor number (which is the number that receives a log of all incoming and outgoing calls and you can call the target number and listen in) on the dashboard in the control center.<\/p>

Once a phone call is placed or received, the monitor phone receives a notification and you can call in to the target phone and listen to the phone call live. However, remember to immediately press mute on the monitor phone because individuals on the target phone will be able to hear you.<\/p>

If you do not want to listen live, no need to worry as the phone call will be recorded and uploaded to the dashboard on your FlexiSPY account where you can download the recording for listening on your computer or smartphone.<\/p>

Bugging Controls<\/h3>

The next feature is the bugging controls where the monitor phone can phone in to the target phone and listen to the surroundings \u201clive\u201d without the need to wait for an ambient recording to complete and upload to the dashboard. We use this feature often when a witness is around a suspect or suspected criminal activity so that assistance may come immediately. Once, when we phoned a witness and she was not answering, we became nervous and used the monitor phone to phone in to the target phone and we were able to \u201cyell\u201d into the monitor phone and the witnessed answered back that she was sleeping and the target phone was on silent so she could not hear us calling.<\/p>

Experience with other spy software<\/h3>

Before we discovered FlexiSPY, we had used a variety of mobile spy software such as E-Stealth, Mobile Spy, M-Spy, and several apps available from the app store that are available on the android \u201cplay store.\u201d Beware of these other programs and while they appear cheaper in price compared to FlexiSPY, they are not.<\/b>
For instance, paying an annual $199.00 a year for Mspy compared to Flexispy\u2019s $349.00 a year, you lose the features of ambient recording, live call listening, live bugging, and tons of other features. We use FlexiSPY on Android phones as well as IPhone without any complications. The SMS feature is useful where you can read the phone number of all incoming and outgoing text messages and the date and time of the text message and you can even download the text messages so you have a permanent record of the text messages. You can also view all pictures taken on the target phone almost immediately as they are taken. This is especially useful in investigations where one of our investigators, protected witnesses, or sources can take a picture and instead of texting or emailing us the picture, we can view the picture from the FlexiSPY dashboard.<\/p>

Rem Cam<\/h3>

Another useful feature that we use often is the Rem Cam feature where you can click on the Rem Cam button and the target phone will take a picture from the target phone and if the target phone has both a front and back camera, it will take a front picture from the front camera and a picture from the back camera. This often explains to us the environment that a witness or a child is in is in and again, these pictures are viewable immediately through the dashboard. We once used this feature to obtain a picture of an individual that stole a client\u2019s phone from his desk at work.<\/p>

Web History<\/h3>

Web history is another useful feature that we use for suspected cheating spouses (although the SMS feature, ambient recording, phone call logs and listening to recordings, all assist in cheating spouse cases) where you can view the date and time of all websites visited and viewed. Facebook has been a useful tool for cheating spouses and the Facebook feature you can view the instant messaging on Facebook for all messages sent and receive and actually read what is said via Facebook instant messaging. Our clients have discovered their spouse cheating or about to cheat using this feature.<\/p>

All of the features on FlexiSPY are useful when conducting investigations and can be used by the general public as well. For instance, many clients ask how they can protect their children and know their children\u2019s whereabouts and the environment that they are exposed to. We immediately recommend FlexiSPY to monitor their children\u2019s activities. We assist the client in purchasing FlexiSPY, rooting their child\u2019s phone and installing FlexiSPY. The $349 annual subscription is worth protecting your child so you can intervene early if your child is introduced to the environment of drugs, criminals, or an unsuitable environment. Perhaps worse, if your child is kidnapped you can track your child or children.<\/p>

How much is a child\u2019s safety worth and how much is peace of mind worth? Is he or she cheating? Is my child exposed to drugs? Is my employee viewing pornography on his or her company phone? Is my witness or source safe from harm?<\/p>

You cannot place a price tag on the safety of your children, the peace of mind of a cheating spouse, the safety of a witness, the safety and reputation of a company.<\/p>

If you compare the features, which we have done, of other mobile spy software none compares to FlexiSPY in features and ease of use and installation. Our clients have renewed their subscription to FlexiSPY over the years to monitor their children and at times we are given access to their account so that we may monitor their children and respond to emergency situations. We are often given access to cheating spouse cases so we can respond to where the cheating spouse is and obtain videotape so the client may prove adultery in court.<\/p>

These are just a few of the situations that we use FlexiSPY in certain situations and issues that are we are face with on a daily basis. We also appreciate the customer support we receive from FlexiSPY. For instance, you can go to your dashboard and click help and you can submit a support ticket and instructions of how to repair a problem is emailed to you or a technician will repair the problem for you if the problem is on their side of the software. While FlexiSPY claims they respond in 24 hours, we have noticed that they respond to a request for assistance much sooner, usually within a few hours. Many companies can claim superior customer support but don\u2019t deliver. For instance, when using Mspy, we emailed a support ticket and was told that we needed to uninstall and reinstall the software. However, a member of our IT staff deactivated the software without uninstalling the software and reactivated the software and it began working as usual. This often causes problems because we only have one time and a small window to install the software and we often do not have access to the target phone. The FlexiSPY technicians are fully aware of these complications and have guided us to repair any problem that we may have with the software. We have never had to uninstall and reinstall the software and we are given instructions on how to repair any problem we may be having with the software. The technicians are knowledgeable in the software as well as the phone\u2019s software and settings.<\/p>

I guess the best reason we choose FlexiSPY is ease of use, ease of installation, and a world of features where we are never kept in the dark about an ongoing investigation. While the features may seem complication it is not. We have found that the dashboard is easy to navigate and use the features with ease. Even in rooting an IPhone or Android phone we found that a few clicks and the phone was rooted. Do not allow the steps given in rooting and\/or installation of the software to confuse you, it\u2019s relativity easy. We also appreciate that we receive a notification that there is a version update, you can view exactly what the version update is, and the previous version update and the changes to the software, all without uninstalling the software. As noted previously, we have time restraints and a small window to install the software and often do not have access to the target phone again. Therefore, the software will automatically send you an update notification and once clicked, the software will update without the need to uninstall and reinstall the software.<\/p>

We especially appreciate the SMS control feature where you can use any of Flexispy\u2019s features simply by sending a SMS\/text message to the target phone for ambient recording, setting the live call feature, diagnostics, downloading and updating the target phone\u2019s contact list, retrieving information from the target phone immediately, and a host of SMS\/text messages to the target phone, all undetectable by the target phone. In fact, we send SMS\/text messages to set ambient recording and we can even set the time limit for the recording and when the date and time of the recording is to begin, and for witnesses, we set recording times every 15 minutes for up to 24 hours in advance and you can schedule these recordings by setting your phone to send a text message at a specific date and time for the recording to begin. Speaking of undetectable, the root of the target phone as well as the Flexispy software itself is completely hidden and during installation you are given the choice to hide the software as well as the root of the phone. Some of our investigators are not computer savvy but they navigate the FlexiSPY dashboard with ease and effortlessly.<\/p>

Since we are constantly in the field conducting investigations, we monitor the target phone from our smartphones by logging in from our smartphones and viewing the target phone\u2019s activity. If you download the correct software for listening to audio recordings (most phones have this software already preinstalled) then you do not need a computer to monitor the target phone\u2019s activity.<\/p>

In our line of work, there is definitely a need for this software and it is a tool to assist us in our work. The fee paid for the software is not a consequence when our clients or witnesses are searching for peace of mind and safety.
