Das ist der erste Post in unserer Serie \u00fcber echte FlexiSPY-Kunden und ihre Erfahrungen mit unserer Software. Wie f\u00fcr jede andere Arbeit auch, braucht man die richtigen Werkzeuge. Die Welt der Ermittler ist da keine Ausnahme der Regel. <\/em><\/p>\n

Als zugelassener privater Ermittler bin ich schon in verschiedenen Nachrichtensendern und Zeitungen erschienen, zum Beispiel CNN, ABC News, CBS News, New York Times, ID Channel (Brutal Bayou), Vice Magazine, The Independent Weekly Magazine, PI Magazine, KATC News, KLFY News, KPLC News, WWLTV News, und bald spiele ich in meiner eigenen Fernseh-Reality-Serie \u201eHOMICIDAL\u201c mit. Da werden echte ungel\u00f6ste Mordf\u00e4lle geschildert, und reale Echtzeit Fallermittlungen zugewiesen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Meine Erfahrung mit FlexiSPY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ich bin FlexiSPY Extreme-Nutzer und habe viele Jahre lang FlexiSPY genutzt \u2013 und werde es weiterhin tun um Kinder zu sch\u00fctzen (bei Vermissen, vor \u00dcberf\u00e4llen, bei versuchten Angriffen), Zeugen zu sch\u00fctzen, die Mittel von Arbeitgebern vor Handy-Missbrauch durch Mitarbeiter zu sch\u00fctzen, betr\u00fcgende Ehepartner zu ermitteln und zu erwischen, Informationen von Informationsquellen \u00fcber Verbrechen und Delikte zu sammeln, Kriminelle und solche, die nach ihrer Haft vor der Justiz zu fl\u00fcchten versuchen ausfindig zu machen, und eine Reihe weiterer Nutzen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Die Studenten in meinem Privatermittler-Kurs kl\u00e4re ich auch \u00fcber die rechtlichen Aspekte von FlexiSPY auf, und dar\u00fcber, wie sie FlexiSPY f\u00fcr beste Ergebnisse bei Kunden nutzen k\u00f6nnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Umgebungs-Aufnahme<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Eine solche Nutzungsfunktion, die f\u00fcr uns wichtig ist, ist die Umgebungs-Aufnahme. Wenn das Telefon gerootet ist, k\u00f6nnen Sie mit dem Zielger\u00e4t (das Telefon, auf dem die Software installiert ist) durch Aktivierung des Freisprechtelefons Aufnahmen machen. Die Aufnahmezeit k\u00f6nnen Sie auf die gew\u00fcnschte Zeitstufe einstellen, bis zu 60 Minuten bei gerooteten Telefonen (normalerweise verwenden wir 5 oder 15-Minuten-Intervalle, denn wenn das Zieltelefon einen Anruf erh\u00e4lt, der beantwortet wird, wird die Umgebungs-Aufnahme gestoppt. In unserem Fall wissen Zeugen und Informationsquellen, dass wir ihre Umgebungen aufnehmen, um sie und ihre Familien zu sch\u00fctzen und Beweise zu sammeln. Die Funktion der Umgebungs-Aufnahme ist auch n\u00fctzlich f\u00fcr Kinder und \/ oder Jugendliche, wenn sie wom\u00f6glich einem sch\u00e4dlichen Umfeld ausgesetzt sind, und Sie sind dar\u00fcber informiert, welchen Aktivit\u00e4ten Ihre Kinder nachgehen, und k\u00f6nnen handeln bevor es zu sp\u00e4t ist. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wir haben Teenager mit FlexiSPY sch\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, nachem ihre Eltern die Software auf die Handies ihrer Kinder installiert haben. Einmal haben wir ein entf\u00fchrtes Kind mit der Umgebungs-Aufnahme-Funktion und der GPS-Funktion von FlexiSPY orten k\u00f6nnen. Die Entf\u00fchrer wurden dann vor Gericht gestellt, weil auf der Umgebungs-Aufnahme (die die Aufnahme zu einem Dashboard sendet, das heruntergeladen und angeh\u00f6rt werden kann) Namen genannt wurden. <\/em><\/p>\n

Live-Calls abh\u00f6ren<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Eine weitere n\u00fctzliche Funktion ist die Live-Call-Abh\u00f6rfunktion, bei der Sie eine \u00dcberwachungsnummer (das ist die Nummer, die die Eintr\u00e4ge \u00fcber alle ein- und ausgehenden Anrufe erh\u00e4lt, und mit der Sie die Zielnummer zum Abh\u00f6ren anrufen k\u00f6nnen) auf dem Dashboard in der Kontrollzentrale angeben und ausw\u00e4hlen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Sobald ein Handyanruf get\u00e4tigt oder empfangen wird, erh\u00e4lt das \u00dcberwachungstelefon eine Benachrichtigung, und Sie k\u00f6nnen sich in das Zieltelefon einw\u00e4hlen und den Anruf live mith\u00f6ren. Vergessen Sie trotzdem nicht, das \u00dcberwachungstelefon sofort stummzuschalten, weil man Sie sonst auf dem Zieltelefon h\u00f6ren kann. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wenn Sie nicht live mith\u00f6ren wollen, keine Sorge. Der Anruf wird aufgenommen und auf das Dashboard auf ihrem FlexiSPY-Account hochgeladen, von dem Sie sich die Aufnahme zum Anh\u00f6ren auf Ihren Computer oder Ihr Smartphone herunterladen k\u00f6nnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Abh\u00f6r-Kontrolle<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die n\u00e4chste Funktion ist die Abh\u00f6r-Kontrolle, mit der sich das \u00dcberwachungstelefon in das Zieltelefon einw\u00e4hlt, und in die Umgebungen \u201elive\u201c mith\u00f6ren kann ohne darauf warten zu m\u00fcssen, dass die Umgebungs-Aufnahme fertig wird und auf das Dashboard hochl\u00e4dt. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wir nutzen diese Funktion oft, wenn sich ein Zeuge in der N\u00e4he eines Verd\u00e4chtigen oder einer verd\u00e4chtigten Aktivit\u00e4t aufh\u00e4lt, damit sofort Hilfe kommen kann. Einmal wurden wir zum Beispiel nerv\u00f6s als wir eine Zeugin anriefen und keine Antwort bekamen, und nahmen das \u00dcberwachungstelefon um das Zieltelefon anzurufen. So konnten wir in das \u00dcberwachungstelefon schreien, und die Zeugin antwortete uns, dass sie am schlafen und das Zieltelefon stumm geschaltet war, sodass sie unseren Anruf nicht geh\u00f6rt hatte.<\/em><\/p>\n

Erfahrungen mit anderer Spy-Software<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bevor wir FlexiSPY entdeckt haben, haben wir eine Reihe anderer Handy-Spy-Softwares benutzt, zum Beispiel E-Stealth, Mobile Spy, M-Spy, und einige Apps aus dem App Store, die auf Android \u201eplay store\u201c verf\u00fcgbar sind.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Vorsicht mit den anderen Programmen, auch wenn sie preislich g\u00fcnstiger erscheinen im Vergleich zu FlexiSPY. Sie sind es nicht. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Zum Beispiel verlieren Sie die Funktionen der Umgebungs-Aufnahme, dem Live-Call-Abh\u00f6ren, dem Live-Abh\u00f6ren, und viele weitere Funktionen, wenn Sie 199$ pro Jahr f\u00fcr mSpy im Vergleich zu 349$ pro Jahr f\u00fcr FlexiSPY ausgeben. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wir nutzen FlexiSPY auf Android-Handies und IPhones ohne Komplikationen. Die SMS-Funktion ist n\u00fctzlich, mit der Sie die Telefonnummern aller ein- und ausgehenden Textnachrichten mit Datum und Zeit der Nachricht lesen k\u00f6nnen, und Sie k\u00f6nnen die Nachrichten sogar herunterladen, damit Sie eine permanente Aufzeichnung aller Textnachrichten haben. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch alle Bilder auf dem Zieltelefon sehen, fast direkt nachdem sie aufgenommen werden. Das ist besonders n\u00fctzlich in Ermittlungen, wenn einer unserer Ermittler, gesch\u00fctzte Zeugen oder Informationsquellen Bilder machen, und anstatt uns eine Nachricht oder das Bild zu senden k\u00f6nnen wir das Bild von unserem FlexiSPY-Dashboard ansehen. <\/em><\/p>\n

RemCam<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Eine weitere n\u00fctzliche Funktion, die wir oft gebrauchen, ist die RemCam-Funktion, mit der Sie auf den RemCam-Knopf dr\u00fccken und das Zieltelefon ein Bild macht. Und wenn das Zieltelefon vorne und hinten eine Kamera hat, kann es mit der vorderen Kamera ein Bild von vorne und mit der hinteren Kamera ein Bild von hinten machen. <\/em><\/p>\n

So k\u00f6nnen wir uns oft ein Bild von der Umgebung eines Zeugen oder eines Kindes machen, und die Bilder k\u00f6nnen wiederum sofort \u00fcber das Dashboard eingesehen werden. Die Funktion haben wir einmal benutzt, um ein Bild von jemandem zu machen, der gerade das Handy eines Kunden von dessen Schreibtisch auf der Arbeit gestohlen hatte. <\/em><\/p>\n

Webprotokoll<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Das Webprotokoll ist eine weitere praktische Funktion, die wir f\u00fcr Ehepartner einsetzen, die wom\u00f6glich fremdgehen (auch wenn die SMS-Funktion, Umgebungs-Aufnahme, Telefonanruf-Eintr\u00e4ge und das Abh\u00f6ren von Aufnahmen alle helfen, um F\u00e4lle von fremdgehenden Ehepartnern zu l\u00f6sen), bei der Sie Datum und Zeit aller besuchten und angesehenen Websites einsehen k\u00f6nnen. Facebook ist ein praktisches Instrument um fremdzugehen, und mit der Facebook-Funktion k\u00f6nnen Sie Instant Messaging auf Facebook f\u00fcr all gesendeten und empfangenen Nachrichten ansehen, und tats\u00e4chlich lesen, was \u00fcber Facebook Instant Messaging gesagt wird. Unsere Kunden haben mit dieser Funktion Ihre Ehepartner aufgedeckt, die Sie betrogen haben oder gerade dabei waren. <\/em><\/p>\n

Alle Funktionen von FlexiSPY sind n\u00fctzlich in Ermittlungen, aber k\u00f6nnen auch von Privatleuten bedient werden. Zum Beispiel fragen viele Kunden danach, wie sie ihre Kinder sch\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, und erfahren k\u00f6nnen, wo und in welchem Umfeld sich ihre Kinder aufhalten. Wir empfehlen sofort <\/em><\/p>\n

FlexiSPY um die Aktivit\u00e4ten der Kinder zu \u00fcberwachen. Wir helfen dem Kunden, FlexiSPY zu erwerben, rooten das Handy ihrer Kinder und installieren FlexiSPY. Die 349$ Jahresgeb\u00fchr ist es Wert, Ihr Kind in Sicherheit zu wissen, damit Sie fr\u00fch eingreifen k\u00f6nnen wenn Ihr Kind in Drogen- und Verbrechermilieus, oder ein anderes ung\u00fcnstiges Umfeld ger\u00e4t. Oder noch schlimmer, wenn Ihr Kind entf\u00fchrt wird. Dann k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihr Kind oder Ihre Kinder orten. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wie viel ist Ihnen die Sicherheit Ihrer Kinder Wert, und wie viel das Gef\u00fchl von Sicherheit? Geht er oder sie fremd? Ist mein Kind Drogen ausgesetzt? Sehen sich meine Angestellten Pornos auf ihren Arbeitshandies an? Sind meine Zeugen oder Informationsquellen sicher vor Unheil?<\/em><\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen der Sicherheit Ihrer Kinder kein Preisschild umh\u00e4ngen, oder der Sicherheit \u00fcber das Leben Ihres Partners, der Sicherheit eines Zeugen, der Sicherheit und dem Ruf eines Unternehmens. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wenn Sie unsere Funktionen mit denen anderer Handy Spy-Software vergleichen, schl\u00e4gt keine FlexiSPY in Funktionen und Einfachheit der Bedienung und Installation. <\/em><\/p>\n

Unsere Kunden verl\u00e4ngern ihre FlexiSPY-Vertr\u00e4ge \u00fcber Jahre hinweg, um ihre Kinder zu \u00fcberwachen und manchmal wird uns der Zugang zu ihrem Account anvertraut, damit wir ihre Kinder \u00fcberwachen und auf Notsituationen reagieren k\u00f6nnen. Oft wird uns auch der Zugang zu F\u00e4llen von Ehebrechern anvertraut, damit wir darauf reagieren k\u00f6nnen, wo sich der betr\u00fcgende Ehepartner aufh\u00e4lt, und Video-Aufnahmen erhalten, die das Ehebrechen sp\u00e4ter im Prozess beweisen k\u00f6nnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Dies sind nur einige Situationen, in denen wir FlexiSPY nutzen, bestimmte Situationen und Herausforderungen, denen wir t\u00e4glich begegnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wir sch\u00e4tzen au\u00dferdem den Kunden-Support, den wir bei FlexiSPY kriegen. Zum Beispiel k\u00f6nnen Sie zu Ihrem Dashboard gehen, Hilfe anklicken und ein Support-Ticket einreichen, und Sie kriegen per E-Mail Anweisung, wie Sie das Problem l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen, oder ein Techniker l\u00f6st das Problem f\u00fcr Sie, wenn es ein Software-Fehler ist. <\/em><\/p>\n

Obwohl FlexiSPY Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden zusichert, ist uns aufgefallen, dass sie auf Hilfsanfragen viel fr\u00fcher, oft sogar innerhalb weniger Stunden reagieren. Viele Unternehmen sichern leistungsstarke Kundenhilfe zu, aber halten sie nicht ein. Als wir mSpy benutzten, haben wir zum Beispiel ein Support-Ticket gesendet und man teilte uns mit, wir m\u00fcssen die Software deinstallieren und dann neu installieren. Wie auch immer, einer unserer IT-Kr\u00e4fte hat die Software deaktiviert, ohne sie zu deinstallieren, und sie dann reaktiviert, und sie lief wieder ganz normal. Das ist oft ein Problem, denn wir haben nur ein Mal und ein kleines Fenster, um die Software zu installieren, und wir haben oft keinen Zugang zum Zieltelefon. <\/em><\/p>\n

Die FlexiSPY-Techniker kennen diese Umst\u00e4nde genau und haben uns darauf vorbereitet, jegliche Probleme, die mit der Software auftreten k\u00f6nnen selbst zu reparieren. Wir mussten die Software nie deinstallieren und neu installieren, und wir bekamen Anweisung dar\u00fcber, wie wir m\u00f6glicherweise auftretende Probleme mit der Software l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen. Die Techniker kennen sich mit der Software sowie der Handy-Software und den Einstellungen aus. <\/em><\/p>\n

Ich denke, die besten Gr\u00fcnde, aus denen wir FlexiSPY gew\u00e4hlt haben ist die einfache Handhabung, die leichte Installation, und eine Welt an Funktionen, die uns niemals im Dunkeln l\u00e4sst \u00fcber laufende Ermittlungen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Falls die Funktionen kompliziert erscheinen \u2013 sie sind es nicht. Wir finden das Dashboard leicht zu steuern und die Funktionen leicht zu bedienen. Sogar f\u00fcr das Rooten von IPhone oder Android brauchte es nur ein paar Klicks und das Rooten was getan. Lassen Sie sich von den Schritten f\u00fcr das Rooten und \/ oder die Installation der Software nicht verwirren, es ist relativ leicht. Wir sch\u00e4tzen au\u00dferdem, dass wir bei Modell-Updates Benachrichtigung erhalten, und Sie sehen genau, welches Modell-Update es ist, und das vorherige Update, und die \u00c4nderungen an der Software, alles ohne die Software zu deinstallieren. Wie bereits gesagt haben wir begrenzt Zeit und ein kleines Fenster um Software zu installieren, und oft haben wir dann keinen Zugang zu dem Zieltelefon. Daher sendet Ihnen die Software automatisch eine Benachrichtigung \u00fcber Updates, und einmal angeklickt wird die Software geupdated, ohne sie deinstallieren und neu installieren zu m\u00fcssen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Wir sch\u00e4tzen vor allem die SMS Kontroll-Funktion, mit der Sie jede FlexiSPY-Funktion durch simples senden einer SMS \/ Textnachricht auf das Zieltelefon f\u00fcr die Umgebungs-Aufnahme, die Einstellungen der Live-Call-Funktion, Diagnosen, das Downloaden und Updaten von Kontaktlisten auf dem Zieltelefon, das direkte Wiederfinden von Informationen auf dem Zieltelefon, und eine Reihe von SMS \/ Textnachrichten auf das Zieltelefon, die alle auf dem Zieltelefon nicht nachweisbar sind nutzen k\u00f6nnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Tats\u00e4chlich brauchen wir nur eine SMS \/ Textnachricht zu senden, um die Umgebungs-Aufnahme einzustellen, und wir k\u00f6nnen sogar das Zeitlimit, und Datum und Zeit, wann die Aufnahme starten soll f\u00fcr die Aufnahme einstellen. Und f\u00fcr Zeugen stellen wir die Aufnahmezeit auf 15 Minuten bis zu 24 Stunden vorher ein. Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Aufnahmen planen, indem Sie Ihr Handy so einstellen, dass es zu einem bestimmten Datum und Zeitpunkt eine Textnachricht sendet, um die Aufnahme zu beginnen. <\/em><\/p>\n

In Bezug auf Nachweisbarkeit, die Root des Zieltelefons sowie die FlexiSPY-Software werden komplett verborgen, und w\u00e4hrend des Installationsvorgangs haben Sie die Option, die Software und die Root des Telefons zu verbergen. Einige unserer Ermittler sind keine Computerexperten, aber steuern das FlexiSPY-Dashboard m\u00fchelos. <\/em><\/p>\n

Da wir die ganze Zeit im Feld sind und Ermittlungen durchf\u00fchren, \u00fcberwachen wir das Zieltelefon von unseren Smartphones aus, indem wir vom Smartphone aus einloggen und die Aktivit\u00e4t des Zieltelefons einsehen. Falls Sie die richtige Software f\u00fcr das Einh\u00f6ren in Audioaufnahmen herunterladen (auf den meisten Telefonen ist diese Software schon voreingestellt), brauchen Sie keinen Computer um die Aktivit\u00e4t des Zieltelefons zu \u00fcberwachen. <\/em><\/p>\n

In unserer Branche brauchen wir definitiv diese Software, und sie ist f\u00fcr uns wie ein Werkzeug f\u00fcr die Arbeit. Die Geb\u00fchr, die wir zahlen ist nicht von Bedeutung, wenn unsere Kunden oder Zeugen daf\u00fcr das Gef\u00fchl von Sicherheit kriegen. Ich kann FlexiSPY\u00a0f\u00fcr jeden sehr empfehlen, der glaubt, dass er die Sicherheit seiner Kinder gew\u00e4hrleisten, einen Ehepartner, der fremdgeht erwischen, Zeugen sch\u00fctzen, einen Ruf bewahren, und Missbrauch von Arbeitshandies vorbeugen muss, und viele weitere Nutzen. <\/em><\/p>\n

Why I Chose FlexiSPY<\/h2>

As with any job, you need the correct tools for the job and the world of investigations is no exception to the rule.<\/p>

My Experience With FlexiSPY<\/h3>

I am a user of FlexiSPY Extreme and have been using FlexiSPY for several years -and will continue to use FlexiSPY as a tool to protect children (missing and from predatory attacks and attempted attacks), protect witnesses, protect an employer\u2019s resources from abuse of cellular phones by employees, identify and catch cheating spouses, collect information from sources of information of crimes and wrongdoing, locate criminals and those that attempt to escape from justice when out of bail, and a host of other uses.<\/p>

I also instruct the students in my private investigation courses on the legal aspects of FlexiSPY and how to use FlexiSPY to achieve maximum results for clients.<\/p>

Ambient Recording<\/h3>

One such use that is important to us is the ambient recording and if the phone is rooted then you can record using the target phone (the phone that the software is installed on) by activating the speakerphone and you can set the recording time in any increment you want, up to 60 minutes, for rooted phones (we normally use 5 or 15 minute intervals because if the target phone receives a phone call and the call is answered it will stop the ambient recording. You will, however, have access to the phone call).<\/p>

The ambient recording feature is especially useful because the speakerphone is more sensitive than actually listening in on a phone call and the ambient recording feature is undetectable.. Nobody knows that the target phone is recording the sounds and surroundings unless you notify them.<\/p>

In our case, witnesses and sources know that we record their surroundings to protect them, their families, and to collect evidence. The ambient recording feature is also useful for children and\/or teenagers that may be exposed to a detrimental environment and you can know what kind of activities your children are involved in and intervene before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>

We have protected teenagers using FlexiSPY when parents place the software on their children\u2019s phone. We once located a kidnapped child using the ambient recording feature and the GPS feature on FlexiSPY and had the kidnappers brought to justice because on the ambient recording (which sends the recording to a dashboard that you can download and listen to) names were mentioned.<\/p>

Live call listening<\/h3>

Another useful feature is the live call listening feature where you specify and select a monitor number (which is the number that receives a log of all incoming and outgoing calls and you can call the target number and listen in) on the dashboard in the control center.<\/p>

Once a phone call is placed or received, the monitor phone receives a notification and you can call in to the target phone and listen to the phone call live. However, remember to immediately press mute on the monitor phone because individuals on the target phone will be able to hear you.<\/p>

If you do not want to listen live, no need to worry as the phone call will be recorded and uploaded to the dashboard on your FlexiSPY account where you can download the recording for listening on your computer or smartphone.<\/p>

Bugging Controls<\/h3>

The next feature is the bugging controls where the monitor phone can phone in to the target phone and listen to the surroundings \u201clive\u201d without the need to wait for an ambient recording to complete and upload to the dashboard. We use this feature often when a witness is around a suspect or suspected criminal activity so that assistance may come immediately. Once, when we phoned a witness and she was not answering, we became nervous and used the monitor phone to phone in to the target phone and we were able to \u201cyell\u201d into the monitor phone and the witnessed answered back that she was sleeping and the target phone was on silent so she could not hear us calling.<\/p>

Experience with other spy software<\/h3>

Before we discovered FlexiSPY, we had used a variety of mobile spy software such as E-Stealth, Mobile Spy, M-Spy, and several apps available from the app store that are available on the android \u201cplay store.\u201d Beware of these other programs and while they appear cheaper in price compared to FlexiSPY, they are not.<\/b>
For instance, paying an annual $199.00 a year for Mspy compared to Flexispy\u2019s $349.00 a year, you lose the features of ambient recording, live call listening, live bugging, and tons of other features. We use FlexiSPY on Android phones as well as IPhone without any complications. The SMS feature is useful where you can read the phone number of all incoming and outgoing text messages and the date and time of the text message and you can even download the text messages so you have a permanent record of the text messages. You can also view all pictures taken on the target phone almost immediately as they are taken. This is especially useful in investigations where one of our investigators, protected witnesses, or sources can take a picture and instead of texting or emailing us the picture, we can view the picture from the FlexiSPY dashboard.<\/p>

Rem Cam<\/h3>

Another useful feature that we use often is the Rem Cam feature where you can click on the Rem Cam button and the target phone will take a picture from the target phone and if the target phone has both a front and back camera, it will take a front picture from the front camera and a picture from the back camera. This often explains to us the environment that a witness or a child is in is in and again, these pictures are viewable immediately through the dashboard. We once used this feature to obtain a picture of an individual that stole a client\u2019s phone from his desk at work.<\/p>

Web History<\/h3>

Web history is another useful feature that we use for suspected cheating spouses (although the SMS feature, ambient recording, phone call logs and listening to recordings, all assist in cheating spouse cases) where you can view the date and time of all websites visited and viewed. Facebook has been a useful tool for cheating spouses and the Facebook feature you can view the instant messaging on Facebook for all messages sent and receive and actually read what is said via Facebook instant messaging. Our clients have discovered their spouse cheating or about to cheat using this feature.<\/p>

All of the features on FlexiSPY are useful when conducting investigations and can be used by the general public as well. For instance, many clients ask how they can protect their children and know their children\u2019s whereabouts and the environment that they are exposed to. We immediately recommend FlexiSPY to monitor their children\u2019s activities. We assist the client in purchasing FlexiSPY, rooting their child\u2019s phone and installing FlexiSPY. The $349 annual subscription is worth protecting your child so you can intervene early if your child is introduced to the environment of drugs, criminals, or an unsuitable environment. Perhaps worse, if your child is kidnapped you can track your child or children.<\/p>

How much is a child\u2019s safety worth and how much is peace of mind worth? Is he or she cheating? Is my child exposed to drugs? Is my employee viewing pornography on his or her company phone? Is my witness or source safe from harm?<\/p>

You cannot place a price tag on the safety of your children, the peace of mind of a cheating spouse, the safety of a witness, the safety and reputation of a company.<\/p>

If you compare the features, which we have done, of other mobile spy software none compares to FlexiSPY in features and ease of use and installation. Our clients have renewed their subscription to FlexiSPY over the years to monitor their children and at times we are given access to their account so that we may monitor their children and respond to emergency situations. We are often given access to cheating spouse cases so we can respond to where the cheating spouse is and obtain videotape so the client may prove adultery in court.<\/p>

These are just a few of the situations that we use FlexiSPY in certain situations and issues that are we are face with on a daily basis. We also appreciate the customer support we receive from FlexiSPY. For instance, you can go to your dashboard and click help and you can submit a support ticket and instructions of how to repair a problem is emailed to you or a technician will repair the problem for you if the problem is on their side of the software. While FlexiSPY claims they respond in 24 hours, we have noticed that they respond to a request for assistance much sooner, usually within a few hours. Many companies can claim superior customer support but don\u2019t deliver. For instance, when using Mspy, we emailed a support ticket and was told that we needed to uninstall and reinstall the software. However, a member of our IT staff deactivated the software without uninstalling the software and reactivated the software and it began working as usual. This often causes problems because we only have one time and a small window to install the software and we often do not have access to the target phone. The FlexiSPY technicians are fully aware of these complications and have guided us to repair any problem that we may have with the software. We have never had to uninstall and reinstall the software and we are given instructions on how to repair any problem we may be having with the software. The technicians are knowledgeable in the software as well as the phone\u2019s software and settings.<\/p>

I guess the best reason we choose FlexiSPY is ease of use, ease of installation, and a world of features where we are never kept in the dark about an ongoing investigation. While the features may seem complication it is not. We have found that the dashboard is easy to navigate and use the features with ease. Even in rooting an IPhone or Android phone we found that a few clicks and the phone was rooted. Do not allow the steps given in rooting and\/or installation of the software to confuse you, it\u2019s relativity easy. We also appreciate that we receive a notification that there is a version update, you can view exactly what the version update is, and the previous version update and the changes to the software, all without uninstalling the software. As noted previously, we have time restraints and a small window to install the software and often do not have access to the target phone again. Therefore, the software will automatically send you an update notification and once clicked, the software will update without the need to uninstall and reinstall the software.<\/p>

We especially appreciate the SMS control feature where you can use any of Flexispy\u2019s features simply by sending a SMS\/text message to the target phone for ambient recording, setting the live call feature, diagnostics, downloading and updating the target phone\u2019s contact list, retrieving information from the target phone immediately, and a host of SMS\/text messages to the target phone, all undetectable by the target phone. In fact, we send SMS\/text messages to set ambient recording and we can even set the time limit for the recording and when the date and time of the recording is to begin, and for witnesses, we set recording times every 15 minutes for up to 24 hours in advance and you can schedule these recordings by setting your phone to send a text message at a specific date and time for the recording to begin. Speaking of undetectable, the root of the target phone as well as the Flexispy software itself is completely hidden and during installation you are given the choice to hide the software as well as the root of the phone. Some of our investigators are not computer savvy but they navigate the FlexiSPY dashboard with ease and effortlessly.<\/p>

Since we are constantly in the field conducting investigations, we monitor the target phone from our smartphones by logging in from our smartphones and viewing the target phone\u2019s activity. If you download the correct software for listening to audio recordings (most phones have this software already preinstalled) then you do not need a computer to monitor the target phone\u2019s activity.<\/p>

In our line of work, there is definitely a need for this software and it is a tool to assist us in our work. The fee paid for the software is not a consequence when our clients or witnesses are searching for peace of mind and safety. I highly recommend FlexiSPY\u00a0to anyone that believes they have a need to ensure the safety of their children, catch a cheating spouse, protect witnesses, protect the reputation and prevent misuse of company phones and tons of other uses.<\/p>
