    This guide will show you how to root the Samsung Galaxy Fresh GT-S7390.

    What is needed to root the Samsung Galaxy Fresh GT-S7390?

    This Sony device can actually be rooted using the device itself. This means that you only need the Samsung Galaxy Fresh GT-S7390 that you wish to root in your hand, unlike other Android phones this phone can be rooted without needing a PC.

    Step 1 – Enable the installation of unknown sources

    Rooting the Samsung Galaxy Fresh GT-S7390 requires the use of the towelroot rooting software. This is software that you must download and run on the phone itself. Before you can do this however you need to enable the installation of unknown sources.

    On the phone itself go to Settings > Security and tap the Unknown Sources option (make sure it is checked).

    Step 2 – Download towelroot

    Now that you have enabled the installation of unknown sources it is time to root the phone by downloading towelroot.

    Open the phone browser.

    Navigate to https://towelroot.com/

    Tap the main icon to download the APK file.

    Save the APK file to your phone.

    Step 3 – Root the phone

    Now that you have downloaded towelroot on to the phone please run it.

    On the screen that appears tap the make it ra1n option.

    Wait for the rooting process to complete.

    After towelroot completes you need to install SuperSU.

    To do this you go to the Play Store and download and install SuperSU which is a free application.

    When you have downloaded SuperSU, run it and let it update itself.

    Once this has been done you should successfully have root access on the Samsung Galaxy Fresh GT-S7390.

    This guide will show you how to root the popular Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 phone from Samsung.

    What is needed to root the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535?

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 you will need the following.

    • The Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 you want to root in your hand.
    • A PC.

    Step 1 – Download the USB drivers for the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 for your PC

    In order for your PC to recognise the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 as part of the rooting process you first must download and install the USB drivers on to your PC.

    You can download the USB drivers for the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 from here.

    Once you have downloaded them run the main program file to make sure the drivers are installed.

    Step 2 – Download the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 root file

    You need to flash a root file to the device using Odin from step 2.

    You can download the file from here.

    Save it to an easy to find location on your PC such as your desktop and extract it to its own folder.

    Step 3 – Enable USB debugging on the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535

    In order for your PC to recognise the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 when you plug it in to perform rooting you must first enable USB debugging on the phone itself. This is done by doing the following.

    1. Tap the Settings option.
    2. Tap the About Phone option.
    3. Keep tapping the Build Number option (seven times) until it says you are a developer.
    4. Tap the new Developer Options menu that appears.
    5. Make sure that the USB Debugging option is checked.

    Step 4 – Root the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535

    Now that you have downloaded the root file to your PC and installed the USB drivers for the device and enabled USB debugging on the device it is time to root the device.

    Simply connect the device to your PC using the USB cable and tap OK on the device when prompted.

    On your PC browse to the folder from step 2 you extracted the root file to and run the install.bat file and then follow the steps that appear to root the device.

    Once the device is rooted it will reboot and you will now see the SuperSU icon which shows that the device has been successfully rooted and you can disconnect it from your PC.

    Note: If, after rooting the device, you see the message ‘SuperSU has stopped’ you need to download and install the latest version of SuperSU on to the device.

    To do that follow these steps:

    • Download the latest version of SuperSU from here and save it on your PC to the desktop.
    • Connect your device to your PC and copy the SuperSU file you just downloaded to the device in an easy to find location such as the Downloads folder.
    • Disconnect the device from the PC and run the SuperSU file you just copied to it (you may need to install a File Manager program from the Play Store to do this). This will install the latest version of SuperSU.

    Once installed open SuperSU and let it update its binary and you are all finished.

    This guide will show you how to root the Motorola Droid Mini phone.

    What do you need to root the Motorola Droid Mini?

    In order to root the Motorola Droid Mini you will need the following:

    • The Motorola Droid Mini you wish to root in your hand
    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Set up the Android SDK environment on your PC

    Before you can run the rooting tools on your PC to root the Motorola Droid Mini you must first set up the Android development environment correctly.

    We show you how to do that here.

    Step 2 – Download and install the Motorola USB drivers on your PC

    So that when you plug in the Motorola Droid Mini in to your PC to root it your PC recognises it you need to download and install the USB drivers which you can get from here. Simply download the file, extract it and run it and install the USB drivers and then you can move to the next step.

    Step 3 – Download the Motorola Droid Mini root tool

    Once you have installed the USB drivers for the phone on to your PC you also need to download the program that will root the phone. You can get it from here. Make sure that you save the file to where you installed ADB when you set up the Android SDK environment in step 1.

    Step 4 – Enable USB Debugging On The Motorola Droid Mini

    To enable USB debugging on the Motorola Droid Mini do the following:

    Go to Menu -> Settings -> Scroll Down to Development and make sure USB Debugging is checked.

    Step 5 – Root the Motorola Droid Mini

    Now that everything is downloaded or installed it is time to root the phone.

    1. Connect the phone to your PC

    2. Open up a Windows command prompt.

    3. Navigate to your Android SDK folder where you installed ADB

    4. Type adb install -r PwnMyMoto-1.4.3-Droid.apk

    5. Wait for the program to be pushed to the phone.

    6. On the phone, under Apps, run PwnMyMoto.

    7. The phone will reboot several times during this process.

    8. Once the process is finished go to the Play Store.

    9. Download and install SuperSU.

    10. Once SuperSU is installed update it and the phone is rooted.

    After you have followed the steps above you will have successfully rooted the Motorola Droid Mini.

    This guide will show you how to root the QMobile Noir i6 phone.

    What do you need to root the QMobile Noir i6?

    In order to root the QMobile Noir i6 you will need the following:

    • The QMobile Noir i6 you wish to root in your hand
    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Install the Android SDK on to your PC

    Install the Android SDK and configure ADB. We give you steps on how to do this here.

    Step 2 – Download the QMobile Noir i6 rooting tool

    To root the QMobile Noir i6 you need to download and install Kingo which you can get from here.

    Download the rooting program and install it on to your PC.

    Step 3 – Root the QMobile Noir i6

    Now we are ready to root the QMobile Noir i6 phone.

    Run the Kingo rooting application you installed from step 3 and connect your QMobile Noir i6 to your PC.

    Wait for the rooting tool to recognise the device. Once it has been recognised click Root and wait for the process to complete. Click Finish when the process has been completed.

    Once it has been completed disconnect the device from your PC.

    You should now see the SuperSU icon as a newly installed application which means you have successfully rooted the QMobile Noir i6.

    This guide will show you how to root the Motorola Droid Ultra phone.

    What do you need to root the Motorola Droid Ultra?

    In order to root the Motorola Droid Ultra you will need the following:

    • The Motorola Droid Ultra you wish to root in your hand
    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Set up the Android SDK environment on your PC

    Before you can run the rooting tools on your PC to root the Motorola Droid Ultra you must first set up the Android development environment correctly.

    Step 2 – Download and install the Motorola USB drivers on your PC

    So that when you plug in the Motorola Droid Ultra in to your PC to root it your PC recognises it you need to download and install the USB drivers which you can get from here. Simply download the file, extract it and run it and install the USB drivers and then you can move to the next step.

    Step 3 – Download the Motorola Droid Ultra root tool

    Once you have installed the USB drivers for the phone on to your PC you also need to download the program that will root the phone. You can get it from here. Make sure that you save the file to where you installed ADB when you set up the Android SDK environment in step 1.

    Step 4 – Enable USB Debugging On The Motorola Droid Ultra

    To enable USB debugging on the Motorola Droid Ultra do the following:

    Go to Menu -> Settings -> Scroll Down to Development and make sure USB Debugging is checked.

    Step 4 – Root the Motorola Droid Ultra

    What do you need to root the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G?

    In order to root the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G you will need the following:

    Step 2 – Download the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G rooting tool

    To root the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G you need to download and install Kingo which you can get from here.

    Download the rooting program and install it on to your PC.

    Step 3 – Root the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G

    Now we are ready to root the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G phone.

    Run the Kingo rooting application you installed from step 3 and connect your Casio G’Zone Commando 4G to your PC.

    Wait for the rooting tool to recognise the device. Once it has been recognised click Root and wait for the process to complete. Click Finish when the process has been completed.

    Once it has been completed disconnect the device from your PC.

    You should now see the SuperSU icon as a newly installed application which means you have successfully rooted the Casio G’Zone Commando 4G.

  • How To Root The Motorola Moto E

    This guide will show you how to root the Motorola Moto E phone.

    What do you need to root the Motorola Moto E?

    In order to root the Motorola Moto E you will need the following:

    • The Motorola Moto E you wish to root in your hand
    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Unlock the bootloader of the Motorola Moto E

    Before you can root the device you must first unlock the bootloader of the device.

    In order to be able to root the Motorola Moto E you need to unlock the bootloader. Once the bootloader is unlocked it allows you to then connect the Motorola Moto E to your PC and perform the rooting process.

    You can start the bootloader unlock process here.

    How it works is that you have to connect the Motorola Moto E to your PC, run a command to get a unique token and then you put that in to the Motorola bootloader website and get a response back which you enter on the PC and then the Motorola Moto E will do its magic and unlock the bootloader ready for the next step.

    Step 2 – Download and install and set up ADB on your PC

    You must download and install ADB on your PC. We show you how to do that here.

    Step 3 – Copy SuperSU to the Motorola Moto E

    Download SuperSU from here and save it to a convenient location on your PC such as the desktop.

    Once you have done that connect the Motorola Moto E to your PC and copy the SuperSU zip file to an easy to find location on the Motorola Moto E such as the Downloads folder.

    Step 4 – Install a custom recovery on the Motorola Moto E

    To be able to root the device, after unlocking the bootloader and copying SuperSU to the device you must then install a custom recovery.

    You can download Clockworkmod recovery from here.

    Save the Clockworkmod file you downloaded to the Platform-Tools folder where you installed ADB on your PC in step 2.

    You now need to boot the Motorola Moto E in to recovery mode.

    To do this do the following:

    • Make sure the Motorola Moto E is powered off completely.
    • Hold down the Volume and Power button together until it boots up in to Fastboot mode.

    With the device in Fastboot mode connect it to your PC.

    On your PC, navigate to the Platform-Tools folder on your PC for ADB then press the Shift key and the right-mouse button to open a command prompt window.

    Then type the following command and press Enter when done.

    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

    This will flash the custom recovery file from step 4 to the Motorola Moto E.

    Step 5 – Root the Motorola Moto E

    Now that the recovery mode has been flashed to the device you can disconnect it from your PC.

    On the Motorola Moto E select the Recovery option to enter the recovery menu that was just flashed to the device.

    Whilst the device is in recovery mode select Install zip from SD and browse to the SuperSU zip file you saved to the device from step 3.

    SuperSU will be flashed to the device and then choose to reboot the device from the recovery menu.

    Once the device has been rebooted the device will now be rooted and you can disconnect it from your PC.

    Save the download to an easy to find location on your PC such as your desktop and extract it to its own folder.

    Step 3 – Enable USB debugging on the Samsung Galaxy Fame

    You must enable USB debugging on the Samsung Galaxy Fame so that the phone can be recognised by ADB once connected to your PC.

    To do that, on the device, go to Apps > Settings > Developer Options and make sure that the USB Debugging option is checked.

    Step 4 – Root the Samsung Galaxy Fame

    Now that you have installed ADB on your PC, installed the Samsung USB drivers and enabled USB debugging on the device itself it is now time to root the device.

    To do this, with USB debugging enabled on the device, connect the device to your PC.

    Once it is recognised and the USB drivers have been installed for the device it should be recognised by the PC.

    Now open the folder you made in step 2 which contains the root package and run the Run.bat file.

    Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to root the device.

    Once rooting is complete, on the device itself, you should now see a new application, SuperSU which means that the device has been successfully rooted.

    What do you need to root the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360?

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 you will need the following:

    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Enable USB debugging on the device

    So that the device is recognised by your PC you must enable USB debugging.

    To do this, on the device itself go to Settings > Applications > Development and make sure USB debugging is enabled.

    Step 2 – Download the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 root package

    You now need to download the root package from here and save it to your PC in an easy to find location such as the desktop. Do not extract the file.

    Step 3 – Copy the root package to the device

    Connect the device to your PC and then copy the root package from step 2 to the device itself in an easy to find location such as the Downloads folder.

    Step 4 – Reboot in to recovery mode

    Disconnect the device from your PC.

    To put it in to recovery mode do the following:

    Make sure the device is powered off completely.

    Hold down Volume Up, the Centre button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on and boots in to recovery mode.

    Step 5 – Root the device

    With the device in recovery mode select Install zip from SD card and then select the zip file you copied to the device in step 3

    The root package will be installed and the device will restart.

    Once the device has been restarted you will have successfully rooted the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360.

  • How to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active (SGH-I537)

    This guide will show you how to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active phone.

    What do you need to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active?

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active you will need the following:

    • The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active you wish to root in your hand

    Step 1 – Install the Android SDK on to your PC

    Install the Android SDK and configure ADB.  We give you steps on how to do this here.

    Step 2 – Install USB drivers on to your PC for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active>

    In order for the device to be recognized when connected to your PC you must first download and install the Alcatel USB drivers for your PC which you can get from here.

    After downloading, save the file, extract it and run the setup program to install the USB drivers.

    Step 3 – Download the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active rooting tool

    To root the Alcatel C1 you need to download and install Kingo root which you can get from here.

    Download the rooting program and install it on to your PC.

    Step 4 – Root the Alcatel Samsung Galaxy S4 Active

    Now we are ready to root the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active phone.

    Run the Kango rooting application you installed from step 3 and connect your Samsung Galaxy S4 Active to your PC.

    Wait for the rooting tool to recognize the device.  Once it has been recognized click the Root button and wait for the process to complete.

    Once it has been completed successfully click Finish and then disconnect the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active from your PC.

    Restart the device and you should now see the SuperSU icon as a newly installed application which means you have successfully rooted the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.

    Once this has been done you should successfully have root access on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.

  • How To Root The Micromax A102

    This guide will show you how to root the Micromax A102 phone.

    What do you need to root the Micromax A102?

    In order to root the Micromax A102 you will need the following:

    • The Micromax A102 you wish to root in your hand
    • A PC

    Step 1 – Download and copy Framaroot to the Micromax A102

    Rooting the phone is done using Framaroot which you can get from here.

    Save the file to your computer in an easy to find location on your PC

    You now need to copy Framaroot on to the phone which is done as follows:

    Connect the Micromax A102 to Your PC

    Copy the file you downloaded onto the phone in an easy to find location such as the downloads folder.

    Step 2 – Root the Micromax A102

    You can now install Framaroot on the phone and root it. This is done by doing the following:

    Disconnect the Micromax A102 from your PC.

    On the phone, browse to the download folder and run Framaroot (you may need to install a file manager from the Play Store to do this; enable installation of unknown sources if asked).

    Install Framaroot on to the phone.

    Run Framaroot and tap Install Superuser

    Tap Boromir and wait for the rooting process to complete.

    Reboot the device when asked.

    When the Micromax A102 has rebooted look for the SuperSU icon which means that you have successfully rooted the phone.

    This guide will show you how to root the LG Lucid 4G phone

    What do you need to root the LG Lucid 4G?

    In order to root the LG Lucid 4G you will need the following:

    • The LG Lucid 4G you wish to root in your hand
    • Access to a PC

    Step 1 – Download and install ADB and the USB drivers on to your PC

    For your PC to recognise the device once connected to your PC you must first download and install ADB on to your PC and also download the USB drivers for your phone and install them on to your PC.

    Step 2 – Download the root package for the LG Lucid 4G

    You will need to download a root package to root the device. You can get it from here.

    Save the download to an easy to find location on your PC such as your desktop and extract it to its own folder.

    Step 3 – Enable USB debugging on the LG Lucid 4G

    You must enable USB debugging on the LG Lucid 4G so that the phone can be recognised by ADB once connected to your PC.

    To do that, on the device, go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging and make sure that the USB Debugging option is checked.

    Step 4 – Root the LG Lucid 4G

    Now that you have installed ADB on your PC, installed the LG USB drivers and enabled USB debugging on the device itself it is now time to root the device.

    To do this, with USB debugging enabled on the device, connect the device to your PC.

    Once it is recognised and the USB drivers have been installed for the device it should be recognised by the PC.

    Now open the folder you made in step 2 which contains the root package and run the Run.bat file.

    Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to root the device.

    Once rooting is complete, on the device itself, you should now see a new application, SuperSU which means that the device has been successfully rooted.

    This guide will show you how to root the Samsung Galaxy Centura phone

    What do you need to root the Samsung Galaxy Centura?

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy Centura you will need the following:

    ◾The Samsung Galaxy Centura you wish to root in your hand

    Step 1 – Download and copy Poot to the Samsung Galaxy Centura

    Rooting the phone is done using Poot which you can get from here. Save the file to your computer in an easy to find location on your PC

    You now need to copy Poot on to the phone which is done as follows:

    ◾Connect The Samsung Galaxy Centura to Your PC

    ◾Copy the file you downloaded in step 2 onto the phone in an easy to find location such as the downloads folder.

    Step 2 – Root the Samsung Galaxy Centura

    You can now install Poot on the phone and root it.

    This is done by doing the following:

    • Disconnect the Samsung Galaxy Centura from your PC.
    • On the phone, browse to the download folder and run Poot (you may need to install a file manager from the Play Store to do this; enable installation of unknown sources if asked).
    • Install Poot on to the phone.
    • Run Poot and then download and install Ministro II from the Play Store.
    • You will then be asked to update the Ministro libraries so go ahead and do that.
    • Once done two options will appear, tap ‘Press here to Poot’.
    • Wait a while and then tap ‘Get Superuser’ to download Superuser.
    • Reboot the device.

    Once done you will see a new icon titled SuperSU which means that the device has been successfully rooted.

    What do you need to root the LG Optimus L3?

    In order to root the LG Optimus L3 you will need the following:

    Step 1 – Download and install ADB and the USB drivers on to your PC

    For your PC to recognise the device once connected to your PC you must first download and install ADB on to your PC and also download the USB drivers for your phone and install them on to your PC.

    Step 2 – Download the root package for the LG Optimus L3

    You will need to download a root package to root the device. You can get it from here.

    Save the download to an easy to find location on your PC such as your desktop and extract it to its own folder.

    Step 3 – Enable USB debugging on the LG Optimus L3

    You must enable USB debugging on the LG Optimus L3 so that the phone can be recognised by ADB once connected to your PC.

    To do that, on the device, go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging and make sure that the USB Debugging option is checked.

    Step 4 – Root the LG Optimus L3

    Now that you have installed ADB on your PC, installed the LG USB drivers and enabled USB debugging on the device itself it is now time to root the device.

    To do this, with USB debugging enabled on the device, connect the device to your PC.

    Once it is recognised and the USB drivers have been installed for the device it should be recognised by the PC.

    Now open the folder you made in step 2 which contains the root package and run the Run.bat file.

    Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to root the device.

    Once rooting is complete, on the device itself, you should now see a new application, SuperSU which means that the device has been successfully rooted.

    This guide will show you how to root the HTC Desire 510 Android phone.

    What is needed to root the HTC Desire 510?

    In order to root the HTC Desire 510 you will need the following.

    • The HTC Desire 510 you wish to root
    • A PC

    Step 1 – Set up the Android SDK environment on your PC

    Before you can run the rooting tools on your PC to root the HTC Desire 510 you must first set up the Android development environment correctly.

    Please also remember to download the correct USB drivers for the HTC Desire also so that it is recognised by your PC when you plug it in.

    We show you how to set up the Android SDK and download the correct USB drivers for your device here.

    Step 2 – Unlock the bootloader of the HTC Desire 510

    In order to root the phone you first must unlock the bootloader of the HTC Desire 510.

    To do this you need to visit the HTC website which is located here.  Follow the steps to unlock the bootloader and, when you have done that successfully please proceed to the next step.

    Step 3 – Download TWRP recovery

    In order to install SuperSU and root the phone you must first install the popular TWRP  recovery environment.  You can download it from here.  Once it has been downloaded extract to the Android SDK folder you have already installed (where the ADB file is found).

    After extraction rename the file so that it is called recovery.img.

    Step 4 – Root the HTC Desire 510

    Now that you have set up the Android SDK environment, unlocked the HTC Desire 510 bootloader and downloaded the TWRP zip file we are ready to root the phone.

    The second thing you must do is put the HTC Desire 510 in to Fastboot mode.

    1. Make sure the HTC Desire 510 is turned off completely.
    2. Hold down the volume down button and the power button together.
    3. The HTC Desire 510 will boot in to fastboot mode.
    4. Using the volume buttons make sure Fastboot is selected.
    5. Connect the HTC Desire 510 to your PC.
    6. Open up a command prompt window and navigate to your Android SDK installation folder where you can find Fastboot and the TWRP zip file from step 3.
    7. Type the following:

    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

    1. TWRP will be flashed to the HTC Desire 510.

    Step 5 – Install SuperSU

    Once TWRP has been flashed to the HTC Desire 510 restart the phone.  Make sure that the HTC Desire 510 is connected to your PC and copy the downloaded SuperSU zip file from here to the SD card of the phone (e.g. the Downloads folder).

    You now need to boot the phone in to recovery mode.

    1. Make sure the HTC Desire 510 is powered off completely.
    2. Hold down the volume down button and the power button.
    3. The HTC Desire will boot in to recovery mode (TWRP).
    4. Select the ‘Install zip from SD card’ option and browse to the SuperSU zip file you placed on the SD card of the phone.
    5. Flash the zip file to the phone.
    6. Once done restart the phone.

    You will now see the SuperSU icon on the phone meaning that you have successfully rooted the HTC Desire 510.

    What do you need to root the Zenfone Z5?

    In order to root the Zenfone Z5 you will need the following:

    Select USB debugging and click OK

    Step 4 – Root the Zenfone Z5

    Now that you have installed ADB on your PC, installed the Zenfone USB drivers and enabled USB debugging on the device itself it is now time to root the device.

    To do this, with USB debugging enabled on the device, connect the device to your PC.

    Once it is recognised and the USB drivers have been installed for the device it should be recognised by the PC.

    Now open the folder you made in step 2 which contains the root package and run the checkbeforeaction.bat file.

    Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to make sure the device is correctly recognised by your PC.

    Once done run the Root-Zenfone6-en.bat file to root the device. This may take some time and the device will restart several times.

    Once rooting is complete, on the device itself, you should now see a new application, SuperSU which means that the device has been successfully rooted.

    What is needed to root the Motorola Droid Bionic?

    To root the Motorola Droid Bionic you will need the following.

    • The Motorola Droid Bionic you want to root in your hand.
    • A PC.

    Step 1 – Download a virtual machine program

    The Motorola Droid Bionic cannot be rooted in Windows. It can only be done using Linux so you have to run Linux on a virtual machine within your Windows environment.

    You can download virtual machine software from here.

    Once downloaded install the software on to your PC.

    Step 2 – Download the Linux environment for the virtual machine software

    You now need to download the Linux environment to be used with the virtual machine software.

    You can get it from here.

    Step 3 – Open up the Linux environment on the virtual machine software.

    Run the virtual machine software from step 1.

    Click File > Import Appliance and browse to the .ova file you downloaded in step 2.

    Click the green Start button inside the virtual machine software to load up the Linux working environment.

    Step 4 – Root the Motorola Droid Bionic

    When the Linux environment boots up follow the steps exactly as listed to perform the rooting process, connecting the device to your computer when prompted.

    Once completed you will see the SuperSU application which means you have rooted the device successfully.

    What is needed to root the Samsung Galaxy Avant?

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy Avant you will need the following.

    • The Samsung Galaxy Avant you want to root in your hand.
    • A PC.

    Step 1 – Download the USB drivers for the Samsung Galaxy Avant for your PC

    In order for your PC to recognise the Samsung Galaxy Avant as part of the rooting process you first must download and install the USB drivers on to your PC.

    You can download the USB drivers for the Samsung Galaxy Avant from here.

    Once you have downloaded them run the main program file to make sure the drivers are installed.

    Step 2 – Download the Odin rooting program

    In order to root the Samsung Galaxy Avant using the root file given in the next step you must first download Odin which is what will be used to install the root file on to the Samsung Galaxy Avant and perform the rooting process.

    You can download Odin from here.

    Once downloaded extract the file to a convenient location such as the desktop.

    Step 3 – Download the Samsung Galaxy Avant root package

    Now that we have installed the Samsung Galaxy Avant USB drivers and downloaded Odin we now need to download the root package to be used for the rooting process.

    Step 4 – Enable USB debugging on the Samsung Galaxy Avant

    In order for your PC to recognise the Samsung Galaxy Avant when you plug it in to perform rooting you must first enable USB debugging on the phone itself. This is done by doing the following.

    1. Tap the Settings option.
    2. Tap the About Phone option.
    3. Keep tapping the Build Number option (seven times) until it says you are a developer.
    4. Tap the new Developer Options menu that appears.
    5. Make sure that the USB Debugging option is checked.

    Step 5 – Root the Samsung Galaxy Avant

    Now that we have all we need it is time to root the Samsung Galaxy Avant.

    Before we can do that you must first put the Samsung Galaxy Avant in to Download mode which can be done using the following steps.

    1. Make sure the Samsung Galaxy Avant is powered off completely.
    2. Hold down the Volume down key and the Home key and the power button and keep all three buttons pressed until the Samsung Galaxy Avant powers up.
    3. Providing you have done it correctly it should boot in to Download mode and you press the Volume up key to start Download mode.
    4. Connect the Samsung Galaxy Avant now to your PC.
    5. Run the Odin software you downloaded in step 2.
    6. Inside Odin click the PDA option (this is called AP in the latest version of Odin) and browse on your computer to the .tar root file you extracted in step 3.
    7. Inside Odin click Start to begin the root process.

    The process will take a few moments after which the Samsung Galaxy Avant will restart itself and complete the rooting process – Do not remove the Samsung Galaxy Avant from your PC during this time.

    Once the Samsung Galaxy Avant starts up properly simply go to Apps and look for the SuperSU icon that should now be present.

    If you can see this icon it means that the Samsung Galaxy Avant has been successfully rooted.

    This guide will show you how to root the popular ZTE V768 Concord device from ZTE.

    What is needed to root the ZTE V768 Concord?

    In order to root the ZTE V768 Concord you will need the following.

    • The ZTE V768 Concord you want to root in your hand.
    • A PC.

    Step 1 – Download the rooting file

    In order to root the ZTE V768 Concord you must download the root zip file which you can get from here.

    Download the file and save it on your PC in an easy to find location such as the desktop but do not extract it.

    Step 2 – Copy the root file to the ZTE V768 Concord

    Connect the Samsung Galaxy Ace to your PC. Once done, copy the root file from step 1 to the device in an easy to find location such as the Downloads folder.

    Step 3 – Root the ZTE V768 Concord

    Now that you have done that you must then reboot in to recovery mode.

    • Make sure the device is turned off completely.
    • Hold down Volume Down + Power until the device turns on and boots in to recovery mode.

    Now, with the device in recovery mode, press the Home button and scroll to Apply Update from Sdcard and select it.

    Select the zip file you copied to the device in step 2 and then select Yes to install it.

    Once done choose the Reboot System Now option.

    After the device has rebooted successfully go to the Google Play Store and download and install SuperSU and then download and install BusyBox.

    Once BusyBox has been installed run it and wait for it to install (use the Smart Install feature).

    After you have done all this the device should be successfully rooted.
