How To Change Your FlexiSPY User ID and Password

It’s one of the more common questions we get asked “How can I change my FlexiSPY User ID or Password?” Luckily, it’s not that hard to do, and if you follow through this short tutorial, you’ll be up and running with your new login creds in no time.

Getting Started

Step 1 – Head over to your account settings:

Your account settings are located near the bottom of your dashboard, but incase you are unable to find it, you can click on the link below
https://portal.flexispy.com/main.php#/account

Step 2 – changing your user id:

  • Next to the field labeled User ID there is a button that says Edit which you’ll want to click.
  • In the box with your current User ID, highlight it and then enter in the username you desire. Make sure you write it down somewhere incase you forget it on a later date.
  •  Finally, you’ll need to enter in your current password before you can save the changes.

Step 3 – changing your password:

  • Next to the field labeled Password there is a button that says Edit which you’ll want to click.
  • After clicking Edit the Edit Your Password module will appear.
  • Enter your current password into the field called Current Password
  • Enter the new password you’d like into the New Password field. Then confirm the password within the Confirm New Password field below. (Note that if you ever forget your password, you can reset it directly from the login screen of the portal.

And that’s it, you should now know how to change your FlexiSPY username and password.

    OK seriously guys, can we safely assume without ruffling too many feathers that that most of us who are using a software like this can be comfortable to take a leap of faith and say that we are ready for topics maybe a little more advanced than changing your username and password?

      We know where you are coming from, but we have so many customers coming to us about forgetting their auto generated ID, that we thought it would be a perfect first email. We know it seems like a trivial issue, but it’s what our support people suggested.

      You seem like a guy with opinions ;-), so please suggest the topics that you would suggest. We would genuinely like to hear them.

    Please replace the UserID that you see in the video with your own UserID

      That didn’t help me it showed me a video about saving pictures and stuff

        Hi Ula,

        Hmmm… Did you wait for the video interface to load? Just go to the link in your web browser, wait a few seconds, and a play button should appear. Click that play button and the video should start. Let us know again if it doesn’t work…always here to help 🙂

    Hi Ula,

    Because you installed FlexiSPY on your own phone, you will need to deactivate and uninstall using your online portal and then physically install and activate the software onto the device that you want to monitor..

    Yup! After the reboot FlexiSPY will be running fine. And any captured data will be uploaded.

    The monitor number is your own mobile phone number in the international format.

    I can not remember my user id that I got is there anyway I could change it since its not letting me login

        I did that and it didn’t work.. they send me to some Zoho webpage that says unauthorized..
